Last week, we asked readers what they thought the outcome of the election would be for President Trump. Three different options were given to choose from and the results are now in!
The most selected choice was that President Trump “wins by a larger margin than in 2016” with 78.87 percent (892 readers) of the vote.
In a distant second place, 17.95 percent (203 readers) believe the president will win again but “by a smaller margin than in 2016.” Finally, 3.18 percent (36 readers) predict that President Trump will lose the election.
With Election Day quickly approaching, polls seem to indicate that this year’s election will be extremely close. Both Joe Biden and Donald Trump’s campaigns have had to adjust to the effects of coronavirus, but early voting turnouts still remain high. It will be interesting to see if there is a conclusive outcome to the election next week, or if it will take more time to determine a winner.
