Watching the mayor of Portland for the last 40 minutes has been excruciatingly painful. He's clearly a very deep partisan. Transcript: Watching the mayor of Portland for the last 40 minutes has been excruciatingly painful. He's clearly a very deep partisan. His comments towards President Trump were stunningly hateful, direct and vicious. He's had 94 days of violence in the city. He has the largest single group of Antifa activists in the country. He just said someone, a Trump supporter killed last night. And all he can do is blame Donald Trump. He seems to have no understanding of what it takes to suppress violence, he has no understanding that 94 straight days of this kind of activity destroying downtown business, trying to burn down buildings, all the different things have been going on. And he piously wants us to believe that he sincerely deeply wishes the violence would go away. Well, he does nothing affective to stop the violence. It truly an astonishing performance.
